I've been dating this guy for a little over 2 months now and everything so far has gone very well very smoothly no drama and he's so emotionally mature compared to most of the people I've dated before.

I am currently away for a long holiday (1 month ish) and before leaving we sort of decided to be exclusive, but we didn't discuss more than that. To be fair I was waiting to see how the long distance would affect us. But it's been going super well and I've been thinking to have a talk to see what we are when I am back.

BUT yesterday we were talking about the fact he met a guy I know- this guy went to him and said "Oh so you know Affectionate-Issue??" And he replied "Yeah she's my girlfriend" and then I asked him and he said "Yeah for me yes… What do you think?" and I couldn't stop smiling!!

I was in the common area of my hostel and I was so giggly that 2 girls sitting next to me asked me if I was on mushrooms 😂

I'm so happy and I can't wait to go back and see him and I also love that it came naturally (and from him, usually I am the one always putting my feelings out).

I've been single overall for 5 years, I have dated but nothing that I could really feel "maybe that really could be something real"
