What was the reason that made leave early on a first date?

I had explosive diarrhea.
I’ve heard a lot of men say because her pictures were not representative of what she put on her profile.
Unprompted racist comments by my blind date.
You were fatter in person
She didn’t care to dress up for me so i just said i thought you wanted to date me after all these years.
– she literally wore gym clothes (i am sure she came from it even lol), and i saw what she wore for a Guy she really liked so it felt awful and i just said nope and just gave a tip to the waiter and went on my way.
Pretty much ended that friendship that day.
I’ve left a few first dates early when I was dating. Here are some of the highlights.
1) My date was loud and obnoxiously rude to the restaurant staff and other diners. Before we even ordered food, I told her what I thought about her behaviour and attitude. Paid for the drinks, leaving a big tip (the staff deserved it), then i left.
2) i had a phone call that there was a crisis at work with a gentleman I worked with. Without going into too much detail, I needed to go in and deal with the issue. I apologised to my date and asked to reschedule the date. She was super cool about it. she’s my GF now.
3) After a while, chatting with this woman on a dating app (4 weeks). We went out for our first date at some local live music hot spot and drinks. She casually mentioned she was 8 years older than she’d said on her profile. I was like, fine, some can feel sensitive about their age. 20 minutes later, she mentions she has 3 kids. Saying her youngest boy would love me because I play guitar and he loves rock music like his grandad. I was thinking WTF, didnt she think to mention in the 4 weeks of talking she had 3 kids. In the politest way I could, I explained to her that it was uncool to not mention the kids. Considering my profile bio, I mentioned I dont want to date single mothers for past reasons. I also discussed with her during the 4 weeks the reasons why. But she chose to lie, so I left.
4) My date was going to the toilet very frequently, coming back rubbing her nose and sniffling. Her behaviour was erratic, and I guessed she was sniffing the Colombian nose torque in the bathrooms. I just noped the hell out of there.
Back in my Late teens. She got me on the angles and was a lot fatter. Didn’t even sit to eat just dip after I texted her I didn’t feel it
Girlfriend called and said where are you? You said you were going around the corner to get a couple of slices.
