What is something you wish you knew before getting a breast augmentation?

1. How much it would affect *all* my movements from the waist up for a couple weeks.

   I thought it would be mostly for carrying heavy stuff or lifting my arms, but a few days after surgery I wore jeans that zipped up on the side of my hip and needed help from my mom. I also had trouble turning door handles and other small stuff like that.
