Other than butter, what do you put on your popcorn?

  1. I like adding white cheddar cheese (powder?) from the shakers, both at home and at the movies.

  2. I have a whole collection of popcorn seasonings. My go-to flavors are white cheddar, dill pickle, sour cream and onion, and all dressed.

  3. Well I don’t typically do it myself but I buy kettle corn with lots of sugar added

  4. Garlic powder and cayenne pepper cooked for a bit in the butter, then salt.

  5. I haven’t done this in a while, but some of my friends from the Midwest used to do this and I got hooked. Don’t knock it until you try it.

    Nutritional yeast. It has a nice sort of nutty, somewhat cheesy flavor, and is full of micronutrients.

  6. Just real butter and salt.

    Definitely a purist when it comes to popcorn.

  7. Not all at once of course, but;

    * Pepper
    * Old Bay
    * Garlic powder
    * Parmesan cheese
    * Lawry’s
    * Penzey’s Sandwich Sprinkle
    * Olive oil
    * Salt

  8. At home, kettle corn, melted white chocolate and oreos. Yummmmy

    Also cheese powder or just salt at the theater

  9. When at the movies I ask for a few sides of pickled jalapeños that they have for nachos. Layer thos boys in.

  10. Cinnamon for the most part.

    I also have this IPA seasoning (like the beer) and it works pretty well too.

  11. bacon fat, salt, ground pepper, paprika, powdered cheese, caramel, roasted garlic, toasted onion, powdered ranch mix, grated parmesan…

    but not all at the same time.
