Drinks after work are pretty common and are quite casual. Imao its the perfect starting point
Start with getting their contact information. Start meeting up with them and interacting with them outside of work. You could try asking them, “Do you guys have any plans this weekend?” If they have something planned, try asking if you can come along. Or you can plan something and invite them. If you have social media like Facebook or Instagram, try adding them. Do this often enough, then they’ll gradually shift from just a friend from work into a stronger relationship.
And remember just like how you enjoy interacting with them at work, you can do the same exact thing outside of work.
By hanging out with them outside if work
Ask them to hangout. Simple.
Lately i spent lot of time … trying to make random coworkers into friends with benefits … guess what i don’t have a job anymore 😂😂😂
Just ask to hang out, it’s that simple.
Ask them to go do an activity you both like. You both like cover bands or watching sports? Invite them. Enjoy museums or aquariums? Invite them along. Go have a burger or split a pizza after work together.
Just invite them to some activity you think the both of you will enjoy. Doesn’t have to be just drinks, although that’s easy and commin
