Royal mail delivery help
Morning folks, had royal mail attempt a delivery earlier, but I was sound asleep when they knocked so didn’t make it to the door in time. The thing is, she didn’t leave a missed delivery note, and on the etsy app its saying my delivery was successful, also the tracking number says uts been delivered too. What can I do now? Go to the sorting office monday?

Have you checked that they didn’t leave the parcel outside your door somewhere?
If not, call royal mail. They’ll be able to see who was delivering in your area.

I live close to the sorting office locally, so I always go in on the way home but check opening hours ours closes at noon on Mondays but 6 on Thursdays for some reason, but the card offers a redelivery option.
Take a good look around your property first, including the rear porch if it’s accessible from the front. It sounds like they’ve left it hidden somewhere. If it’s not there then call the office & they’ll contact the driver & ask. Good luck!
Write down the tracking number and go to the sorting office (take the requisite ID). They will be able to help you.
I’ve done this before in a similar situation and the package was wating for me there.
Weird one but check inside your bins too
I’ve had this and the postie came back on their way home. He had to mark it delivered for Thier system or something.
However we live in the countryside and have the same friendly postie all the time

once i actually had a delivery end up in my neighbour’s bin, marked as delivered. i gave them a feedback and it didn’t happened again… but it could be this 😔
