  1. Management that actually cares about staff. Colleagues who are helpful, understanding and friendly. Useful office perks like free lunch.

  2. I love commiserating with my coworkers. I love having support supervisors to help me figure out problems. I love chatting and sipping coffee in the kitchen.

    Work that ends at work hours.

    Protecting workers from harmful or toxic colleagues or customers.

    Positive environment.

    Realistic expectations.
