Those living outside the US: what’s something you really wish we’d stfu about?

  1. Tell those dipshits that go on about canceling shit and the LGBT to stfu please. Everyday I see something or someone is cancelled and everyone is gay or something. It’s annoying as all hell.

  2. The greatest country in the world, you don’t even know you never make the top twenty lists.

Your opinion of the rest of the world. I only go to the states as a necessary flight transfer. It’s low on the list for the well travelled to visit.

Your technology. You have no idea how far behind you are. Even in Third world countries they bring the pay machine to the table.

  3. Just news generally, particularly in the anglosphere. I mean I know people in college who know the names of us politicians and things going on over there and don’t even know what my own country is doing. I get the us is massive but the bleed over into other media circles is massive.

  4. The culture war. I don’t think the average American is that invested in their conservative vs liberal belief but news media in US has you convinced cancel culture, guns and drag queen shows are the values America is starting a civil war over

  5. Kinda sick of American redditors asking people from other countries to roast the US even more than it already gets roasted on reddit

  6. “Latinx” community, media, how they declare themselves the heroes of the world and other stuff

  7. In short, the US itself. Y’all are in some sort of circlejerk thinking it’s the greatest country on earth while it’s a contest noone but the US entered. Sure, anyone can win a marathon if they’re the only runner.

  8. January 6.

We get it, a bunch of screaming morons broke into your big building and took selfies. Please stop pretending you fought off an organized military coup.

  9. As an American I always find it interesting that everyone else has an opinion on my country, but it’s very rarely reciprocated. I’m not interested in Canada or Portugal, or even Ukraine, I don’t have to listen to anything about them so I never wish they’d shut up. But the whole world thinks they get to decide how Americans should behave and what things they don’t like.
