Hey guys, so I’m a man who’s girlfriend has been dealing with sexual harassment at work. She’s gone to the higher ups about it and nothing has been done. The dude doing it a a weird little creep with a power complex. He hasn’t gotten physical, but makes tons of lewd and inappropriate comments to her and other women in the workplace. My question is what, if anything, I can do about it. I could easily rip this guy about a dozen new assholes if I wanted to (I’m 6’5 and 270), but obviously if I did anything about it she could lose her job and I wind up in prison. But it’s extremely frustrating as a man knowing that nothing is being done about it and I have to just sit here idly by. It’s maddening and I’m sure many of you know what I’m feeling. Any advice about this?

If she’s taken it through the proper channels at work, and nothing has been done about it, it’s time for her to find a new job and leave a scathing exit interview.
Also, have her start documenting EVERYTHING in the meantime to see if you can build a legal case.
