Sore tongue after sucking dick?

I had a sore throat once that turned into a fever from this same person (well aware theres no stds/tests were run before we were intimate). I dont suck dick a lot a lot, and to me sore throats are a bitch, it doesnt hurt to swallow but it like hurts to stretch my tongue.
