What’s your experience with ashwagandha?

  1. It’s some Ayurvedic herb, right? I’ve seen it as an ingredient in a lot of “health” drinks at the grocery store lately, but I can’t say that I’ve noticed any effects other than a weird taste.

  2. No noticable difference. Tried a supplement just to see what the deal was, and they were just expensive gummies tbh.

  3. If you have even mild anxiety or depression, it really works to eliminate it safely. You also get a sense of calm energy throughout the day.

    It will start to show effects after 30 days of daily consumption with your meal, does not act instantly

  4. I take it every day and I don’t know if it helps or not but hey why not 😂

  5. I take it daily to help with hormone levels from PCOS, specifically trying to decrease the horrible acne that has surged since i got off the pill.

    I don’t find that it’s making a significant difference in that regard. It’s possible my cortisol levels are lower, which is good, but I still have terrible breakouts. But i have heard that it helps with anxiety and mood – I can’t speak to that though, since I don’t struggle with those.

  8. I tried taking it for a little while to help with PMS symptoms, but didn’t notice any difference. So I stopped taking it but still have a big bottle sitting in the medicine cabinet.
