Things have been going hot and cold between me (35M) and a colleague (39F).
We (35M and 39F) did discussed about plans to go out for dinner and we been on about 3 dinners outside work. Recently, she told me she couldn’t make it over the weekends and propose to have it this week. Her schedule has been uncertain as well as I know she’s busy. Her work requires her to be active from morning till night time as now it’s a closing week for her side.
She apologised and said she couldn’t make it this week because of work schedule.
Both of us also work during weekends and we are considered higher management.
The one weeks text has been slower than usual and she only check-ins with me when I text her now. She rarely initiate during this peak period. Yesterday’s message has not yet responded as well but she responded in work group message.
What should I do?
