Is it true that White guys (Caucasians) in America are less prone to Body Odor ? (Honest question , I was told by my gym bro)

I was talking with my white gym bro recently about Body odor amongst guys and he told me that usually true White American dudes do not have body odors . He said its an evolution thing and mostly the guys who are prone to Body odors in the gym in America are foreigners , like Italians , south Americans or others . Is it true ? Like for real , is it an evolution thing ? He is from Texas and he told me many guys from the south are less prone to Body odor , could it be some sort of evolution ? Im really wondering with curiosity
