Started a new job at a restaurant.
Obviously a lot of talking between coworkers.
I’ve met and made some conversations. I know many names and they know mine.
Conversations aren’t too in depth, but I notice I don’t ever build off those conversations and it keeps me at surface level.
Also I seem to be the one who mostly initiates convos? Maybe a lack of approachability
How do you refine these skills,
