I'm in a new country doing a work exchange. I'm living in Norway with 2 hosts. They are absolutely lovely. But I just don't know what to say. I'm very quiet around them and sometimes I'll talk. But I find it hard to come up with something to talk about for some reason.
Back at home in Ireland I had no problem talking. I wouldn't always talk but I'd wouldn't have this problem on not knowing what to say. I would meet people from all over the world every week with communities and events that I even host.
I'm not nervous or anxious or anything. I just feel a bit awkward idk what to say.
