TLDR; Want to know how to give my number to a guy I havent technically met but have some chemistry with???? Here's the story below if you want more context (skip to last paragraph for more on my question):
I (22f) went to this restaurant alone one night to try some new food and I had a great time. Saw a really cute guy and we kept stealing glances with each other while I was there. Then, I liked the place so much I went again about a month later (I live about 2 hours away in a very small town so I do my big grocery trips once a month in this city) with my mom and he was there again, this time as our server.
Made small talk and joked around a bit. He looks serious from afar but as soon as he smiles its the cutest thing ever and he seems shy when you get to talk to him. And this funny thing happened. Its a korean bbq place and I was mixing stuff into my rice and he had come up to our table and I think he got distracted by what i was doing. He just stood there and stared at me and what i was doing. I noticed and I looked back at him and was like "is something wrong?" And he snapped out of it and got all flustered hahahahaha like he forgot why he came to the table. We all laughed about it.
After that i went again another month later, to take my friends this time cause they had never tried it. And also….hoped to see him again lol. We ended up having him as our server AGAIN. And now this time, he recognized me and said "hey aren't you the one that came with your mom last time?" I didnt think id be remembered lol and also i never mentioned she was my mom last time but maybe we do look more alike than I think 😂. Also, of all the tables he had he seemed to come to ours to check on us the most and we all enjoyed talking with him tiny bits throughout. My friends noticed how there seemed to be something between us too.
And now we are up to date and I just went back today to that restaurant hahaha with some friends. Its been a month and a half since the last time. We were in a different section this time so didnt have him as a server (sad lol). But he was there and very busy. I didnt think he'd see me so just went about my business. But he ended up seeing me as he was zooming through all the tables, double-taked with that pikachu meme face and kept going lmaooo and I immediately ducked my head and told my friends hahahahaha
I really want to ask him out and give him my number but ive never done that and I dont want to bother him while working. Im in town for an event for one more day and im considering going back tomorrow alone just to leave it for him. Not sure if thats okay. I know his name cause of his name tag but im not sure he knows mine unless it comes up when I pay? Idk (should be noted that yes i left big tips each time cause he was so nice lol)
