Hello everyone I am trying to get people’s perspectives on this to try and help out my parents
We moved to the uk in 2014, and for the last 10 years my parents and my brother have not seen my grandmother .. let me put it another way..
My dad has not seen his own parents for 10 years
Why?.. because apparently the only time they can go (august due to no school) its +£3000.. whilst if you go there during school term it’s only £500
So what would you do in this situation?
Would you get your kid out of school for a week for the sake of seeing family that will soon unfortunately pass away? Or would the fine stop you from seeing your own mother?
