Bit of an obscure one, I suppose only a select few who might’ve been in this scenario may be able to help.
I recently started going to a different PureGym, one where you must drive too, in the first few weeks I went I forgot to put my reg plate in the machine to validate parking, perhaps stupid however there’s not a single reminder inside the gym and the machine is tucked right in a corner. A few weeks later I revived the fine and appealed it with all the evidence that I was in the gym on that day with a valid membership including screenshots of the app and my black box data. I’ve found out today this appeal was denied because obviously it’s sign posted to add your reg in. I get why it’s been denied but does anyone know if it’s worth following this up in any way shape or form? I would simply contact PureGym but they are not an easy company to contact.
