Hii all!
I've been working in a new environment for some months and I love it! Though it did bring up some envious feelings in me
I've always been pretty shy, and even got myself a selective mutism diagnosis. Though I love talking (or more listening/sharing expierences) with others, but my personality is the complete opposite.
I've mentioned this to someone and they mentioned a few who are very easy to talk with, "you can just talk with them about anything".
But how do I know when it's the right time to talk? What do I even talk about then? Anything is an incredibly broad subject, and I'm sure they don't want to talk about *everything*
I just spiral down a path of thinking and end up doing nothing, so I was wondering if people on here know any tips or anything on how to avoid this?
Tysm in advance!
