I've been thinking about this a lot lately. One of the hardest parts of building social skills for me is having to re-explain myself every time I talk to someone new. My background, what I struggle with, what I've tried before. It's draining and sometimes makes me not even want to start the conversation.

I noticed the same thing with tools I use for self-improvement. The ones that remember context from previous sessions feel completely different to interact with. Less friction, more progress. Like talking to someone who actually knows you versus starting from scratch every single time.

Has anyone else noticed that continuity makes it easier to open up and actually work on yourself? Or do you find starting fresh each time helpful in some way?
