I got rejected from a leadership position and want to be fam head to stay involved. I want to join a group but I’m not close with them. My goal is to get lunch with her and then ask. I only talked to her once and it was brief. I messaged her on group me but she didn’t respond and I assume she’s not on group meet since the club events are over. Would it be weird to text her and ask her for lunch or would it come out as desperate and wierd since she barely know me.I really need to find a group I can fam head with. What should I do?
