Like the title says my wife is mad at me because of something I cannot control. Basically I attempted to take leave so that I could spend time with her out of work but it was denied due to manning and a modicum of other reasons. I unfortunately can not do anything about it because it was at a much higher level and I do not have the reach to fix it. What do I do?
