I'm 23M, and I haven't been in a serious relationship since 9th grade lol. Just wondering for the guys here, if its your first time seeing or meeting a girl you find cute, do you go up to her and talk to her and try to make conversation? Possibly ask her out on a date if you like her personality? Or do you wait for her to look your way etc. and then approach her?
Also as a side question, what should I do if there's a girl at my work who I find cute? I want to talk to her more and get to know her but she doesn't start conversations with me, so should I just assume she doesn't like me then?
