i realized i have a revenge mindset which was caused from years of letting people walk all over me and not defending myself.
whenever he hurts me i do it the same way back to him. lets say he says my shoes look like from a grandpa (hes saying it as a joke) so i tell him the same thing about something he has.
or he accidentally liked or shared a pic of an 0F-model so i do sth similar and share a pic of an halfnaked man. he then said he did that accidentally while he was half asleep. he got very mad that i did that and said i probably prefer that type of man but i dont. i got angry the exact same way when i saw what he shared.
i will stop this revenge mindset of course i realized its childish. i also apologized to him.
