I exercise, I eat healthy yet it’s impossible not feel bad pretty much everyday. If I don’t eat in the morning I feel lightheaded like I have to eat. Then I do eat and it makes me feel bad like I’m not eating the right foods. I’ve tried eating different things. My brain just like shuts off and becomes filled with brain fog and pain like a headache. I never used to feel this way. I used to live on energy drinks and barely eat. Now I feel like I have to go the hospital several times a week for no apparent reason. Sorry if this is poorly written or not detailed enough I feel like shit right now. Should I change my diet? Is something wrong with my head? I’ve been having these problems for a long time I just power through it and it usually subsides but it happens way too often for my liking.
