New to dating (was only ever in 1 relationship that lasted a very long time), don't know many men, and just had an experience where a guy I met on Tinder revealed he had never found me attractive despite calling me cute, sexy, etc. for weeks. I posted about it, and one response said that this is a relatively common thing done by guys. Curious, I ask men here: Have you done this and do you still? Do you consider it lying?
Edit: also, can you tell if it is untrue?
