I have gone through my ups and downs in life. I am 37/m and to preface- I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and go to therapy 2-3 times a month. But always seeing the response to every post about every issue is always go to therapy, or go to the gym. This isn’t always the answer. Both help me in ways but I have many insecurities and issues where neither helps me at all. So just wanted to say, it’s okay if you don’t do either. Most people on Reddit should not be giving advice and most people have as many issues as you if not more.
