She is my only friend and my bsf and it's the same for her, except she has a bf she's obsessed with. I haven't seen her for 2.5 months, she keeps saying she misses me, she loves me etc.
But I've tried to see if she can hang out multiple times but she just always has an excuse. This happened awhile ago when I left school for a year then came back (we graduated last year so that's why this is happening) and it's the same pattern.
She says I miss you — I actually put an effort in to see her — she is too busy — she says no too much so I tell her just to reach out to me whenever she can and I won't anymore — she never does and if she does it's months later.
The thing is I know she has seen her bf multiple times in the timespan I haven't seen her once. I don't ask for much. Just one day a month maybe god is that so hard.
I've been considering ending the friendship, because it's become so boring to just text idc about anything she has to text anymore because it's so dull compared to real human interation and that's what I need. I've started responding less and I just don't know if I should bother trying to keep this only friend I have.
