Does anyone else feel guilt when not reaching out to a friend you’ve lost touch with?
There are people I genuinely care about that I haven’t spoken to in 6+ months. Not because of any falling out. just drift n life.
But now reaching out feels weird. Like I don’t want it to seem like I only show up when I need something.
On the other side, I have reached out and texted and the conversations are just… not it, feel forced even though we used to be so cool together.
How are you supposed to navigate this?
