I spent most of last year thinking I needed some major shift – new job, move cities, something dramatic.
Instead I just started learning guitar and going to the gym more consistently. Nothing life-changing, just small stuff.
And honestly? I feel better than I have in months. Not fixed, but better.
Which is weird because these aren't solutions to any of my actual problems. Work is still draining, life is still the same. But having something that's just mine and not tied to productivity or achievement seems to help.
Did anyone else find that small additions worked better than trying to overhaul everything at once?
