I've been in a relationship for two years but there's a predicament I keep face a majority of the times I go out. I've friends( All male) and we hangout like once or twice a week for 4 or 5 hours. Even though I tell my partner before hand (22f), whenever I return, she initiates a long argument and gets infuriated that I wasn't home for a long time. She asserts that she expects conversations(small) even when I'm with friends; while I say that I prefer to reply when I've sufficient privacy and will reply at my own comfort.There are a lot of instances where I can't reply or talk because anyone can have a sneak peek. Arguing that she has special needs, she asserts that I need to validate her needs by being extra caring and loving. Conversely, I believe this is an encroachment in my personal space.
