I m a 1st year uni film major, 2nd semester and 7th week still struggles to make new connections, people i ask don;t show much intrest. Most people I knew were gone after 1st semester ended. I feel way lonely, even highschool same. But go to a worse part

I tried talking about movies, course materials, get to know, but nothing worked, conversation dies off. I have contact with few I know, i;m just that guy from lectures. odn;t really have a friend group. If 1st year won't work well. what can I do in the 2nd year? I put a lot of planning which will never happen.
