I am 29 M.
I have not masturbated in last 8-9 months.
Trying to stay fit – have cut sugar, started gym and seeing results as well.
I take supplements- shilajit, createne, D2/K3, probiotics, NAC, Omega 3, Ashwagndha, Magnesium.
Problem is –
I am having night falls. It makes me feel bad and kind of scared every night going to bed now..
It has become a little frequent.
2 -4times in a week.
I read its not a problem but it is affecting my confidence.
