What can I do to prevent redness on my face after shaving?

Hello, so basically my skin is sensitive and i shave daily. I use both razor and a shaver. But everytime my skin gets redness after the shave (mainly my throat area). I use after shave alcohol-free lotion but i can't say it quite helps.
