For a personal project I'm looking for words for different kinds of routes. Ski routes, boat routes, walking routes, swims, roads… any 'journey' and/or feature that is found along said route in your country. Could be famous routes any tourist would have heard of, or any type of path/trail feature that's just there because of the landscape/culture in your country (Examples below)

Words in your countries' own languages preferred!

Famous routes for example:
Madeira's Levadas. In Cornwall you'll know of the South West Coast Path. Spain has the Camino walks (and the boot shrines* on the trail markers along this route.) Scotland has the NC500 road, Iceland the Þjóðvegur 1/Route 1 road, in the UK we also have the Land's End to John O' Groats challenge (often cycled)… etc.

But also I'm really interested in this not-big-touristy kinda thing:
In Finland you might find a jäätie (Ice road that is made over a frozen lake when the ice is solid enough to drive on.) Also, pitkospuut (wooden planks you walk along over bogs in Finland)
Scotland and Wales have bothies (small stone shelters often without facilities) that hikers can camp in.
In Italy you might take a passeggiata (a slow social walk- not a physical location, but still a journey)
In Switzerland you might get an Aareböötle down the river Aare.

The kind of thing I'm looking for is quite broad; as long as it relates to a distance travelled by some means in your country, whatever comes to mind will probably come in use!

*I still need to find the name of these Camino waymarkers in Spanish.
