I mean in practice and not just on paper. I have had some experience with Germany and I would say the system is better than nothing, great on paper, but in practice not as supportive and nurturing as people imagine it to be. Again, not the worst, but not the best. I am considering both aspects here – governing/policies as well as general attitude towards people with disabilities socially. Curious to hear experiences from other european countries 🤔.
