I (40f) have asked my hubby (46m) numerous times to compliment me more. We have worked a lot on our marriage and are finally in an amazing place but words of affirmation have always been lacking. I talked to my hubby about it and he told me he will see when I dress up or even when he just wants to tell me I’m beautiful but he says the words get “stuck” lol. I don’t want to fish/ask for the compliments all the time to remind him but I truly want to help him since he feels bad that he is letting me down. Is there any way I can help him?
