Been summoned for jury service starting 12th January. I’ve had no pre warning messages or emails etc that it’s going to take longer than the est 2 weeks/10 days (it said on my initial email id be told if it were longer)
I’ve had a week booked off in March since last year with my partner but no specific holiday booked. My partner has revealed a surprise that he wants to take me away out of the country for part of that week on the 17th March so he’s looking to book flights etc. Am I okay to go ahead with this considering it’s over 8 weeks since my jury service starts?
