I typed a lot of stuff but I realised it was getting boring. I’ll try to keep it as short as possible.

Last summer I wanted to turn my owl like schedule to a more human like one. Started doing this 5 AM routine that I saw online and it was really nice because I got a lot of things done by 9-10 AM. Anyway, got stuck up with a lot of things after that and couldn’t continue anymore.

Fast forward to winter, feeling cold asf this year and had to do 6 AM shifts so needed to wake up around 4:30 AM. I did it for a while and honestly it’s been super difficult. Now I stay in bed until noon every chance I get. I have become super lazy. My ideal wake up time right now would be 8-9 AM on a non work day.

How about the lot of you? If you don’t have work or have evening/night shifts, what time do wake up?
