I am not sure if this is a right sub, but I live in London in a residential area. My neighbour bought a massive dog a couple alyears ago. I love animals especially this dog breeds but this poor thing is left in their garden and barks every morning from 6 AM onwards. It's like 5-6 meters away from my window. I patiently waited the dog to grow up a bit and hoped it would get used to the environment and stop barking, well I was wrong. It is getting worse everyday.
I complaint to the council and they haven't done anything. RSPCA is also refusing to get involved.
I don't want to have any problem with my neighbour and I don't want to harm the dog in anyway. My main aim is to get the neighbour to either get the dog in their house instead of their garden or to give it to adoption.
Do you have any suggestions on how to handle this situation?
