I bought a pair of 18ct solid gold studs and one of the earring backs slipped off my stud. Because this happened when I was out in the public, I couldn’t find it on the streets.
I’ve mentioned this to Goldsmiths (where I purchased it from), and they said that they don’t sell earring backs on their own, and that I’d have to buy a new pair of studs. I’m not doing that.
Are there any stores in person where I could purchase an earring back? Personally, I don’t trust buying it online and a lot of the times when I read the description it says ‘gold plated’ instead of ‘solid gold’.
Any suggestions will be nice!
