My FWB went a bit too hard on my nipples (with consent, I allowed it in the heat of passion) and now they're swollen and sore in a throbbing way.
With any other part of my body, I'd just put ice on it, but ice on my nipples is arousing and makes it feel more intense which doesn't help.
What can I do?
