We are from the US and we keep the thermostat at like 22 – 23 C in winter. Some of are British friends have remarked that they find it hot, one kid said "sweltering." Their homes (generally speaking) seem quite a bit cooler though I wasnt so rude as to examine the thermostat?
What is normal in winter? Does it depend by region?
