I finished getting braces about seven years ago, and now I have the after-braces retainers. If I don't wear them at least twice a week, my teeth shift quite a bit.
I have noticed a small crack at the front of the bottom retainers and a small hole on the back of the top ones.
My orthodontist closed down, so would I go to a random orthodontist to get a new set. And how much would they roughly cost, as I'd need a fresh set of both the top and bottom ones.
