Hi, so im due to attend crown court in February however, just been told by the summoning agency that my local court which is where I was scheduled to go to, is now closed due to repairs so they are expecting me to attend a court thats like 1 hr 15 mins away.
I dont drive and will struggle to get there as public transport there is limited. Ive asked for a hotel or if they can defer it till my local court re-opens.. problem is ive already deferred my summons once so usually not allowed to do it again. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do? 🙁
