I have had this coworker trying to get at me for a while but when I was single I tried to hangout with her and she was always “busy” and now I’m in a committed relationship and she has amped up the flirting and has been actively trying to hangout. I keep letting her know I’m not interested and I’m taken she keeps taking it to heart and on top of that I haven’t said a word to my girlfriend about it because I don’t want her to immediately worry that anything is going on at work. Sure I can tell her there’s not and show her proof of rejection but it in her head would still be of concern and start screwing my relationship up. So how do I continue to navigate communication with both women?
Tl;dr: coworker making moves on me while I’m in committed relationship and need advice on how to communicate this to my girlfriend without it costing me my relationship and how to get her off my back without giving her HR ammunition.
