Hi UK, hoping for some pragmatic advice.
I was hired by a UK company (via a SA agency) as a Digital Lead Generation Exec. Fully remote, UK hours. Last week they flew me to London; this week they made me redundant as they’re “withdrawing from South Africa.”
I’m now stuck scrambling for new work. I have strong UK-side experience in lead gen, marketing campaigns, and hitting revenue targets.
Question: Does anyone have advice on:
· UK companies that hire remotely from abroad (specifically South Africa)?
· Job boards or recruiters that specialise in UK remote roles for internationals?
· Any other avenues I might not have considered?
