My gf gets this sort of sore on always in the same spot during/after sex. We're not doing anything rough, no condom, we use lube even on that same spot, she's wet and aroused but it pretty much always happen and then she needs 2-3 days to heal which can be quite annoying.
She doesn't always feel it happening during penetration, so we can't really adapt to see if it's positional.
