Unfortunately in the building I live I have no choose but to use a crappy company called Switch2 to provide my heating and hot water. On Sunday 21st I topped up the meter with £30 and thought nothing of it. Then on Tuesday 23rd my supply was disconnected because I apparently finished my emergency credit and had nothing remaining. I called them up and apparently the meter isn’t registering my top up and they said there is nothing they can do until 29th of December. So my Xmas is ruined, I can’t have a hot shower and I’m actually freezing it’s sooooo cold. I literally have no heating or hot water supply. I’m extremely frustrated at how they think this acceptable and can get away with it. Please advice on what I can do next to either this rectified ASAP or get compensated in the biggest way possible.
