Me 23F and my friend 44M have known each other for about 1.5 years now. We started out as coworkers, only communicated when necessary (he was contract labor for my company). Over time we began talking more and more. I don’t remember who incidated it first but i do remember it started because of a shared interest. I would hang out outside of work with him for a few hours every few weeks. When i left the company a while back we began to hang out even more frequently, 2-3 times a week now is pretty normal for us. Some nights there’s tension, heavy flirting, lingering eye contact, other nights it’s just causal, two friends hanging out. There have been conversations in the past where we talked about if we would sleep with each other but at the time we were involved with other people. some lingerie photos have been sent but only on one occasion and we haven’t gotten to that level since (that was probably back in late march/april). I don’t know where this is going. i like him but i don’t know if im supposed to make a move or if im supposed to wait on him to make a move? Also if any one has general advice on similar situations, it would be appreciated!
